WHO IS LIFEPOINT CHURCH?
As Lead Pastor of LifePoint Church Harrisburg PA, I am thankful to be part of a church that welcomes people, no matter where they are on their spiritual journey.
Together we are a community of believers. What does the word “community” mean? We believe that together in fellowship we grow closer to God and one another. The Bible speaks about iron sharpening iron. We believe that together we grow stronger. We are a community of believers.
We have no interest in making people more religious. Jesus didn’t come to make us more religious. Instead, we believe the church can and should be a place where people are genuinely loved, accepted for who they are, connected in meaningful relationships, and invited to deeper faith.

May 2024 'Growing in Christ' Class
Sunday, May 5th, 2024
New to your faith in Christ and have questions about what it all means? Been a follower of Christ for a while but are curious about growing stronger in your faith?
Then join us for our Growing in Christ class, taking place on the first Sunday of each month from May through August and starting on Sunday, May 5th, at 10:45 AM in the west wing conference room.
Each monthly class throughout the summer will be covering different topics pertaining to Christian living. If you can't make all four classes, that's okay. One of our team leaders will gladly go over what you missed, if you'd like.
The book used for the class will be provided!
2024 Vacation Bible School Family Registration
Monday, June 10th, through Friday, June 14th, 2024
Kids Age 3 through those who've completed Grade 5, join us from Monday, June 10th, through Friday, June 14th - nightly from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM, with check-in starting at 6 PM - for the long-awaited return of Vacation Bible School here at LifePoint!
This year, we will be diving deep into an amazing undersea adventure with Group's Scuba curriculum, where kids will experience the ever-flowing, never-ending love of God, be immersed in the Word, and discover what living water is really all about! Each night, we will have a whole host of age-appropriate worship, lessons, crafts, games, and so much more, so we hope your kids can join us - and invite a friend along for the fun, as well!

LifePoint's 2024 Vacation Bible School will be taking place from Monday, June 10th, to Friday, June 14th, with registration opening at 6 PM for families and the night's festivities running from 6:30 to 8 PM, and, if you are a regular attender of LifePoint or one of its ministries, we need your help to reach our community and make this event a success!

Where are you located?
We are easy to find, near several main interstates (81 and 83) and various state routes (route 39, 743, and 22), we are a short trip from Lebanon, Hershey, Hummestown, Camp Hill, Grantville, and other Central Pennsylvania Areas.
What time is service?
In-Person Service Every Sunday 9 AM - 10:15 AM & 10:45 AM - 12 PM
Live Streamed Sundays @ 10:45 AM
Where do I park?
Feel free to park in either of our main lots. Depending on flow, there may or may not be volunteers directing traffic. Additional overflow parking is available at the Fulton Bank building to the east of our facility.
Is there something for my kids?
Yes! LifePoint warmly welcomes Kids and has trained and screened volunteers ready to care for and teach them. We offer age appropriate classrooms for Nursery through 5th grade; as well as private rooms with full audio/video content for nursing mothers and families with restless children. When you enter our facility, feel free to go straight to the Kids Check in center to ask any additional questions you may have!
What does a Typical Service Look Like?
A casual, come as you are atmosphere. No need to dress up; most people wear jeans including our staff.
A friendly church that will welcome you and direct you to wherever you want to go. If you want to check things out on your own that is ok too- we will not hover. We want you to connect with us at your own pace.
Dynamic worship with a band plays today’s music.
Exciting and inspiring creative content.
Relevant, life oriented, Bible-based messages. There is nothing worse than some pastor droning on about political views or boring us to death with words that have very little clear meaning. Our weekly Life Connection messages deal with real life issues from a biblical and spiritual perspective.
We address such topics as improving our relationships, handling stress, balancing out life’s demands, finding success and significance and building strong families.
An Amazing Children’s Program. Our children’s ministry- LifePoint Kidz is a top priority. Your children will love the high energy program our great leadership team puts together each week.
A clean, safe, well-staffed nursery.
A different Place, a safe place, an accepting place for you and your family to draw closer to each other, to new friends and to God. We want you to leave each morning knowing that you matter to God and to us.
How do I join a ministry?
If you have been attening LifePoint and are interested in using your gifts, talents, resources or interests to serve Jesus Christ and your local church; we would love to help you find your fit. We encourage you to fill out a "Next Steps" form and to learn more about the Church through our "You Belong" classes that are offered several times each year. How do I join a small group?
First, give yourself a high five for taking the step to join a LifeGroup! Here are two easy ways to get connected:
- Find a LifeGroup near you or one that meets digitally using our online LifeGroups search tool.
- Talk to someone you know who leads a LifeGroup and ask if their group is open to new members.
Is the building handicap accessible?
It is! We have a large, wide concrete entrance ramp, along with several handicap accessible bathrooms, water fountains, seating options and more. Contact the church office ahead of time and we will try to accommodate your particular situation to the best of our abilities.
